    CCA's control is set to change: Yufu Holdings signs share transfer agreement

    The controlling stake of Chongqing CCA Automation Co., Ltd. will change hands, as Yufu Holdings has signed a share transfer agreement with China National Machinery Group Corporation and its subsidiaries. China National Machinery Group Corporation and its subsidiaries will acquire 19.26% of the shares and accept the voting rights entrusted for 10.65% of the shares, with plans to acquire no less than 10% of the shares subsequently. Yufu Holdings will transfer 54,668,322 shares at a price of 24.206 yuan per share, with a total transaction amount of 1.323 billion yuan. This agreement is subject to approval by the state-owned assets regulatory authorities, and there is uncertainty regarding the change of control

    On the evening of August 21, CCA disclosed its semi-annual report for 2025, showing that in the first half of the year, it achieved operating revenue of 3.281 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 12.37%; net profit attributable to the parent company was 325 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.46%; basic earnings per share were 0.63 yuan. In the first half of 2025, the company's new signed orders decreased by 9% year-on-year, but new signed orders in the sub-markets of nuclear power, fine chemicals, non-ferrous metals, water conservancy and hydropower, and thermal power increased by 38% to 64%, while the overseas market remained basically flat compared to the same period last year
