    Linewell Software changes the accounting method for its equity investee, expecting to increase revenue by approximately 5 million

    Linewell Software approved the change in accounting method for its affiliated company Sifang Weiye at the 13th meeting of its fifth board of directors, which is expected to increase investment income by approximately 5 million yuan. Starting from September 10, Sifang Weiye's accounting method will change from the equity method to fair value measurement, with changes recorded in other comprehensive income. Although Linewell Software no longer holds a board seat, this change has been approved by the board of directors, the supervisory board, and the audit committee, while also highlighting the operational uncertainty risks of the affiliated company

    Linewell: The controlling shareholder has partially lifted the pledge on shares, with the remaining pledge ratio at 75.89%

    Linewell announced that its controlling shareholder Wu Zhixiong will release the pledge of 2.69 million shares on August 12, 2025, accounting for 1.39% of his holdings and 0.46% of the company's total share capital.
