(MT Newswires) -- China Securities Regulatory Commission approved Jiangsu HHCK Advanced Materials' (SHA:688535) application to raise up to 800 million yuan via the issuance of shares and convertible bonds, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday. The Chinese semiconductor packaging materials manufacturer's shares rose more than 3% during Monday's afternoon trade. The issuance is for the acquisition of certain assets. The approval is valid within 12 months.
