In July 2025, CEA Industries announced the completion of a ​​$500 million private financing round​ to acquire ​BNB (Binance Coin)​​ as the company's primary reserve asset, with plans to allocate all treasury funds to BNB. On August 6, 2025, the company was officially renamed ​BNB Network Company (abbreviated as BNC)​, with its stock ticker symbol simultaneously changed to "BNC", definitively marking its transformation into ​a publicly listed company focused on cryptocurrency reserves. Following the rebranding, BNC became ​the first U.S.-listed company with BNB as its core reserve asset, aiming to create the "world's largest publicly-traded BNB Treasury".
