The company operates through Hotel and Property Leasing segments. It owns The Westin Bund Center Shanghai, a five-star hotel in Shanghai comprising 570 rooms. The company also owns and manages the Bund Center Office Tower in Shanghai; and the Golden Center, a six-storey retail complex in Ningbo.
