Qualcomm's QCT (semiconductor) business EBT is now >3x that of QTL's (licensing). Used to be the other way around but since the beginning of FY21 tables turned. Premium tier gains helped. For 18 straight quarters through QMar25, QTL delivered more EBT. Nevertheless, QTL remains a cash flow engine. Qualcomm communicated $5.5B annual QTL run-rate will remain steady going forward.
