The massive earnings beat was driven by a $53.4M net gain on derivatives and realized crude prices of $98.82/Bbl (unhedged), well above expectations. While sales volumes of 45.3 MBoe/d were slightly lower than FY25 levels, higher commodity pricing and disciplined cost control (LOE at $6.43/Boe) resulted in positive free cash flow of $37.6M.
