💬 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

“Marvell introduced the Teralynx T100, a 102.4 Tbps switch for hyperscale data centers for rack-to-rack and intra-data center long-reach connectivity. We believe this legitimizes and could accelerate the data center narrative of copper to optical transition,” said Craig Hallum analyst Christian Schwab.

“We view this positively for Kopin, which is working on a MicroLED optical interconnect technology (Neural I/O) for chip-to-chip and board-to-board connectivity within the rack. Kopin has already proven out manufacturing at scale and yield for MicroLEDs, with current capacity of 150,000 chips per quarter, equating to hundreds of millions of dollars in quarterly revenue opportunity.”
