- Eos Energy Enterprises, MN8 Energy, and Google are collaborating on an integrated clean energy project to supply round-the-clock capacity to the PJM grid serving Google data centers in West Virginia.
- The 350 million dollar project combines 86 MW of utility-scale solar, 10 MW and 100 MWh of Eos zinc-based long-duration storage, and 70 MW and 280 MWh of lithium-ion storage, with commercial operations scheduled between 2028 and 2030.
- Built on a reclaimed coal mine, the initiative is expected to generate approximately 4 million dollars in property tax revenue and create around 200 construction jobs while supporting domestic supply chains.
