Cosmos Machinery Sells Entire Stake in Hefei Grandme New Materials for RMB4.65 Million
Cosmos Machinery Enterprises Limited's subsidiary, Cosmos Grand Plastics Co., Ltd., has sold its entire stake in Hefei Gelanmei New Materials Co., Ltd. to Mr. Diao Junde for RMB4.65 million. The transaction will be completed as per the equity interest transfer agreement. Mr. Diao is also a director of both the seller and the target company.
