Q2 FY2026 EarningsQ2 FY26 reported adjusted EPS of $2.35, beating the $2.31 consensus (+1.7%), while revenue of $2,489.9M was slightly below the $2,501.7M expected (-0.47%). Volume growth was exceptionally strong with total corrugated shipments up 24.3% YoY (4.1% organic), primarily driven by the Greif Acquisition which contributed $258M in sales. Despite a GAAP EPS miss due to $18M in special restructuring and closure charges, management guided Q3 earnings higher sequentially, supported by the implementation of two major price increases and continued strong demand in the Packaging segment.
