Q4 FY2026 EarningsFY26 Q4 revenue of $452.0M was in-line with the $452.7M consensus, though it fell 18.0% YoY due to softer demand for traditional accounting roles and longer sales cycles. Gross margin of 37.5% was essentially in-line with expectations of 37.4%. However, Diluted GAAP EPS of -$1.21 missed the -$0.77 consensus, primarily dragged down by $12.2M in executive transition costs and $7.1M in Sitrick-related transaction charges.
