Multi-year enterprise supply agreements covering half of its 2027 bit volume provide a stronger baseline than historical cycles suggest.

My Trade

I am initiating a tactical long position in SNDK shares near the current $1,600 level, utilizing a disciplined dollar-cost averaging approach. Because the stock exhibits high volatility and heavy susceptibility to broader semiconductor sector swings, I am sizing the position conservatively while setting a risk-management stop below the key $1,300 psychological support area.

Takeaway

SanDisk offers asymmetric upside if management’s structural margin targets and multi-year data center demand prove durable. While cyclical risks remain high, the combination of cheap forward valuation and a multi-billion dollar revenue backlog creates a compelling risk-reward setup for patient momentum investors.

The 3 local banks have stabilised a little following the previous few days of down sessions for the whole SG market. This is good for the longer scheme of things as historical statistics show that steep rise s n share prices are more likely than not followed by steep drawbacks afterwards. Let them consolidate, though I know many are still buying either for long term or just trying to jump on bandwagon.

I’d be very cautious chasing Moderna after a 177% one-day surge. The Phase 3 result is genuinely significant and could reshape the long-term cancer treatment market, but the stock has already priced in a huge amount of optimism. I’d rather wait for the initial excitement to cool and see how the commercial opportunity develops.

What interests me more is the semiconductor split. I’m still constructive on memory names like MU and SNDK given the tight AI-memory supply, but the weakness in WDC, COHR and NBIS shows how quickly funding, valuation and profit-taking can change sentiment. For me, this is a market where fundamentals matter more than simply chasing the biggest one-day winner.

Yay! US has shown their intent and are telling the bond market not to have ideas as they will defend yields no matter what FUD the narratives are.

Modena stock not certain if its a pump and dump after the news and upside yesterday but generally if you want to invest in healthcare or even in the bio field can consider etf with Modena in it for long term investment. Do not all in money, DCA slowly and see if its temporary demand and expectations issues.

It was just a few days ago I mentioned the likelihood of yield curve control and that the US will not sacrifice the stock market at the expense of the bond vigilantes. During Fed chair Warsh's press conference after the Jul meeting, he repeated pointed to the elevated bond yields as a market driven tightening and hence Fed could fold their hands for the moment. However, Treasury secretary Bessent just served the tennis ball back when he announced yesterday that bond buy backs would be minimally doubled. Is Mr Bessent triggering the "test the new Fed chair" rite of passage?

📌 Last session is not considered 🎢 as I could see all turned 💚 pre-market, after that then plunged into ❤️ I was expecting SKYH to shine but instead MRVL shone its way 🆙 coupled with SNDK and MU while NBIUS hitting downward trend. Intel don seem to work out after the CEO said 🆕 INTL, however am holding it 🆙 ⛳️ Hope this week will end up mostly in 💚 as we all not going down any 🎢 as yet!!☕️

The price movements in memory stocks have been doing sharp swings up and down for weeks but have the fundamentals and demand and supply situation really changed? AI is still a super cycle. I will just ignore the noise.

Memory stocks going down is fine and normal, given that it ran up so much previously. It will go back to the fair value price range. Enter there if wanna then.

Markets have largely rebounded over the last two weeks. Not surprising to see some form of a pullback as people take profits. Time in the market is still better than timing the market for most.

When you compare general markets and tech, it is obvious that one is not for the faint hearted. Looks like risk off rotation again, from risk on high beta to defensive names like healthcare and defensive tech.
