North Shore Uranium Raises $3.23 Million in Private Placement
North Shore Uranium Ltd. has successfully raised $3.23 million through a non-brokered private placement, issuing 12,930,000 units. The funds will support exploration at the Rio Puerco uranium project in New Mexico, ongoing work in Saskatchewan, and general working capital. The company incurred finder’s fees of $18,500 and issued 74,000 warrants. CEO Brooke Clements participated in the offering. All securities are subject to a four-month hold period and final regulatory approvals.
