The company engages in the development of limited batch spirit brands and marketing internal and external brands through its CWS Platform; Vault, a membership program; and Soleil Vino, a wine subscription service marketed on the CWS Platform, which offers a selection of vintage and limited production wines. It also develops and markets SWOL Tequila, a limited-edition blend of tequila; and LQR House Marketing, a marketing service in which we utilize marketing expertise to help wholly owned brands and third-party clients market.
