三、Promotion Tasks and Rewards

Reward details:

When an invited friend registers for the first time and logs in to Longbridge through the inviter's unique referral link, and completes their first inquiry on LongbridgeAI* after logging in, this is deemed a successful referral. For each successful referral completed, both the inviter and the invitee will each receive one AI Exclusive Pro Card( 30-day for the inviter and 7-day for the invitee). Both cards can not be activated after 240 days, counted from the date the voucher is successfully claimed by the user. During the promotion period, rewards will be issued based on the number of eligible referrals. Each participant is entitled to receive rewards for a maximum of 10 referrals; the 11th and subsequent referrals will not be counted toward the reward.

*LongbridgeAI includes the LongbridgeAI chatbot within the App, the web-based LongbridgeAI chatbot, Skill, MCP, and CLI.

How to Use the Voucher

Download Longbridge App, then claim and active the card in  "Longbridge App – My Vouchers." Claim it for free—no payment card required, no automatic renewal, and no charges when it expires. 

After activating Pro, you’ll get:

1. Higher AI usage limits: Run more in-depth analyses and continue conversations for longer without reaching your usage limit as quickly when researching complex topics.
2. Access to all built-in tools: Use tools for market data, candlestick charts, financial statements, macroeconomic data, news, and charts, and analyze your portfolio holdings.
3. Access to all official Skills: Use professional Skills for stock screening, earnings analysis, business analysis, and more, without having to set up an analysis workflow from scratch.
4. Publish your own Agents: Publish the AI assistants you create to the Agent Marketplace and share them with other users.
5. More space to create: Increase your Knowledge Base storage to 5 GB, 100 times the Starter plan limit; create up to 20 custom Skills, compared with 3 on the Starter plan; upload your own research materials and have AI answer questions based on them.

How to check your benefits: After activation, your Pro benefits will take effect even if the plan name displayed on the page has not yet changed.
Go to: “AI” → “Settings” → “Usage” to view your current usage and the remaining validity period of your Pro membership.

1. Can be used alongside any existing plan.
2. After 30 days, your account will automatically return to its original plan, with no charges

How to Invite:

On the promotion page, users can copy the Longbridge AI official website link containing their own referral code and send it to their friends. Once the friend clicks the link, registers a Longbridge account, and completes their first Q&A in the AI chat window, the referral is deemed successful.

四、Reward Distribution Time and Method

The relevant reward will be credited to "App – My Vouchers" within 7 business days after the inviter completes a successful referral. Users must claim and use the voucher within its validity period; failure to use it within that period will result in expiry, and it will be deemed that the user has forfeited the reward, which will not be reissued.

五、Other Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

1. This promotion is organized by Longbridge. This promotion and any related rewards do not constitute an offer, solicitation, recommendation, or investment advice regarding any securities, financial products, or instruments, nor should they be regarded as professional advice.

Longbridge reserves the right to disqualify any user from participation and to revoke any rewards obtained, in the event of malicious reward-farming, use of automated programs to claim rewards, falsification of information, exploitation of platform vulnerabilities, or the pursuit of improper benefits through technical means during the promotion.
5. Accounts, identity documents, mobile phone numbers, bank cards, or mobile devices belonging to the same user shall be treated as belonging to the same individual. If the same device is used to log in to multiple accounts, or the same account is logged in on multiple devices, Longbridge Hong Kong reserves the right to suspend or permanently withhold the distribution of rewards to the relevant accounts.
6. If rewards cannot be distributed as scheduled due to force majeure, Longbridge shall not provide any guarantee or bear any liability in this regard, and reserves the right to make final changes to the rewards.
7. Users agree that Longbridge will collect and use their participation data in this promotion (including referral records, usage records, etc.) for the purposes of this promotion, solely for the verification of eligibility and the distribution of rewards, and for no other purpose.
8. Longbridge reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to modify, amend, or terminate the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without further notice. In the event of any dispute, Longbridge's backend data shall prevail, and Longbridge reserves the final right of interpretation and decision. Participation in this promotion shall be deemed as consent to provide the relevant data of this promotion to Longbridge.
