Online bettors continue to boost odds that Rick Rieder (35%) currently CIO of Blackrock will be nominated by President Trump as the next Fed Chair. We believe the market would respond favorably to a Rieder nomination as Fed Chair given his well established dovish stance that interest rates should come down further, vs Kevin Warsh who is still the front runner (42%) odds) but who most market observers view as more hawkish.
