$Suntec Reit(T82U.SG)Feeling awesome today. The sense of achievement when my conviction in the stock bears out is sweet. Hong Kong Land increasing its stake in the reit to 10.76% at a cost of $1.70 per share (below book value but above market price) reflects its confidence in the reit. Hope the counter continues to go up.
