
TSMC’s 3nm and other advanced capacity remain so overwhelmed with orders that some chip design firms are mulling a move to Samsung Foundry, media report, adding designers say TSMC has prioritized AI-related orders from (GPU) Nvidia, AMD and (ASIC) Broadcom, Marvell first, then long-term customers 2nd, including Apple & MediaTek.
