The common narrative and daily experience of AI agents replacing human in workflow may be derived from tasks that are low-value, repetitive, low-judgement ones. The real concern of an enterprise lays on a system or record, governance and security, and changes to these needs to be more deliberate as the risks to the enterprise is significant. The changes will not happen overnight and the current landscape is more likely a case of agent augmentation which the SaaS companies are actively doing.
