In fact, some of the best-performing investments often experience sharp swings along the way. The challenge is staying focused when sentiment shifts from day to day.

For this trade, I’ve accepted that price fluctuations are part of the journey. Rather than reacting to every rally or pullback, I prefer to evaluate whether the core investment thesis is still intact. As long as the underlying business remains strong and the long-term outlook hasn’t materially changed, short-term volatility becomes easier to manage.

One lesson I’ve learned is that conviction is tested most when a stock becomes unpredictable. Anyone can hold when prices move smoothly upward, but real discipline comes from staying rational when the market becomes emotional. That’s where patience and risk management matter most.
