BABA Diamond HolderFCT is divesting White Sands mall. This is a positive development in my view. The sale allows FCT to redeploy the capital into higher-yielding assets and pursue further asset enhancement initiatives, which could strengthen its long-term income growth.
Overall, I see this as very encouraging news for the trust.😉
