SG Reits have been on the decline recently while the bank stocks continue to soar higher. Although I would say most Reit investors don't have to worry since they are buying and holding for income, so long as the buying price is not sky high like in late 2021 levels, I think most would generally like to focus on other capital strong companies as well.
