$NU Holdings(NU.US)
Context: Over the past year Nu Holdings has seen mixed momentum, with a 90 day share price return of 21.96% set against a year to date share price decline of 14.51%. The 1 year total shareholder return is slightly negative, while the 3 year total shareholder return of 104.64% points to a much stronger longer term record.
My Trade: Took some profit at $14 after months of underperformance earlier in the year. Holdings out the rest because I think the stock is undervalued and can rise even more.
Takeaway: Nu is currently trading at a favourable PEG and P/e ratio as well compared to other companies in the same fintech sector. The biggest concern is concentration risk as their primary focus is in the south american region, particularly in Brazil and Mexico. @Captain's Treasure
