Zhenzhuo Financial News, April 9, 2024 - $KLN(00636.HK)'s subsidiary Kerry E-Commerce has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Menzies Aviation Limited ("Menzies Aviation") and Menzies Macau Airport Services Limited to launch the "Global Customs Clearance Easy" tripartite cooperation project. The MoU was signed by Kerry E-Commerce Director Cai Yufu, Menzies Aviation Senior Vice President for Southeast Asia and China Huang Yaozu, and Menzies Macau Airport Services Limited General Manager Lu Weiming.
The signing of this MoU marks the official launch of the "Global Customs Clearance Easy" project, which aims to enhance the competitiveness of e-commerce cargo at Macau Airport and provide seamless customs clearance services for Kerry E-Commerce's export goods via Macau. Kerry E-Commerce will leverage Menzies Aviation's network advantage across 255 global flight points, using Macau Airport as a hub to ensure smooth exports and efficient customs clearance for all its goods passing through Macau.
