Tesla's 48V battery system in Cybertruck, this battery is currently 48V, 4Ah, with an overall energy of 192Wh. This marks another technological evolution in the automotive industry since the voltage was upgraded from 6V to 12V in the early 1950s. The application of this technology is not limited to Cybertruck but also covers models like Model Y and Semi, with batteries manufactured in China. The 48V system reduces the complexity of the vehicle's low-voltage wiring harness, saves space, and lowers the complexity of wiring harness operations by reducing current and adopting patented wiring technology, thereby improving automation efficiency. Additionally, Tesla simplifies the maintenance process by color-coding (blue connectors for the 48V system).
