On April 21-22, the 2024 APEC Business Leaders Summit (referred to as the "Summit") High-Level Forum and Global Promotion Conference, as well as the APEC China Business Council Hong Kong Forum (referred to as the "Hong Kong Forum"), were held in Hong Kong, China. It is understood that the 2024 APEC Business Leaders Summit High-Level Forum and Global Promotion Conference was hosted by the Peruvian Foreign Trade Association, the organizer of the 2024 APEC Business Leaders Summit, focusing on the theme of "Closer Cooperation Links in the Asia-Pacific", aiming to provide a strong dialogue platform for outstanding business leaders in the Asia-Pacific region and promote discussions on cooperation strategies and business opportunities during the 2024 APEC.

The APEC China Business Council Hong Kong Forum, hosted by the China Chamber of International Commerce and organized by the APEC China Business Council, delved into the theme of "Sustainable Global Supply Chains", committed to accelerating the formation of new productive forces through a stable and resilient industrial and supply chain system, and helping the Asia-Pacific region achieve higher-quality and more sustainable growth.

Currently, affected by trade protectionism, geopolitical games, and other factors, the Asia-Pacific and global supply chains face many challenges, presenting new characteristics such as diversification, regionalization, and fragmentation. At the Hong Kong Forum, Jiang Wenge, Vice Chairman and General Manager of Wuliangye Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech. He believes that building a sustainable global supply chain requires efforts in five aspects: green development, product quality, digital intelligence-driven innovation, openness to the world, and shared results.
