According to US Stock Research, Tianyancha App shows that recently, Wufangzhai (603237) underwent industrial and commercial changes, with its registered capital increasing from approximately 143 million RMB to about 198 million RMB. Additionally, the business scope has expanded to include organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities, experiential development activities and planning, digital cultural and creative content application services, and intangible cultural heritage protection.
Zhejiang Wufangzhai Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in April 1998, with Li Jianping as its legal representative. The company is jointly held by Wufangzhai Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xinghe Digital Investment Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Yuanyang Construction and Decoration Co., Ltd., and others.
