According to US Stock Research, Tianyancha App shows that recently, Music Week (Beijing) Cultural Development Co., Ltd. was established, with Wang Yi as the legal representative and Hu Haiquan as the supervisor. The registered capital is 5 million RMB, and the business scope includes organizing cultural and artistic exchange activities, conference and exhibition services, graphic design and production, corporate image planning, cultural entertainment brokerage services, performance brokerage, and online cultural operations.
Shareholder information shows that the company is 60% owned by Beijing Xiken Pia International Cultural Development Co., Ltd. and 40% owned by Beijing Jiu Shi Ju Jiang Investment Management Co., Ltd., with Hu Haiquan being the largest shareholder of Beijing Jiu Shi Ju Jiang Investment Management Co., Ltd.
