#2024.7.25 Midday Trading Strategy #The rebound is here! Although the Shanghai Composite Index was in the red this morning, individual stock performance wasn't bad.

As I mentioned yesterday, after 4000+ consecutive declines, a rebound was inevitable. This morning, over 4300 stocks were in the green—the rebound has arrived!

The SSE 50 and bank stocks are experiencing a correction today, while small-cap stocks are recovering. In terms of sectors, the strongest performers today are autonomous driving and photovoltaics.

In the autonomous driving sector, the leading stock, Volkswagen Transportation, is incredibly strong. As the saying goes, 'The leader doesn't fall, the rally doesn't stop.' Volkswagen Transportation continued its 涨停 (limit-up) streak this morning, driving follow-up surges in other related stocks.

Autonomous driving is showing a 'weak-to-strong' trend today, undoubtedly the strongest theme this month. With the leading stock holding its position, no other sub-sectors can shake its dominance!

Another strong performer this morning is photovoltaics. This sector actually showed signs of movement earlier in the week but wasn't strong. Today, with some news catalysts, it exploded.

The photovoltaic industry is extremely competitive, with overcapacity issues. Now, there's encouragement for corporate restructuring and capacity reduction. Many A-share companies in this sector have hit low valuations, so today's rise is partly due to news catalysts and partly a technical rebound from oversold conditions.

Stock selection in this sector is tricky. It's better to wait and see if the momentum sustains before jumping in.

Extremes beget reversal—continuous declines must lead to rises! Everyone needs to adapt to the market's rhythm now. If there's no major uptrend to ride, seize every short-term opportunity after sharp declines!!!!

For afternoon trades, consider stocks with similar attributes to 'Shanghai Belling' (automotive chips), especially those overlapping with autonomous driving.
