Moxianian instant noodles were fined for falsely claiming to be fat-free.
According to US Stock Research, Tianyancha's business risk information shows that recently, Shanghai Moxiaoxian Food Co., Ltd. was fined 100,000 yuan by the Shuangpai County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau for allegedly publishing false advertisements. The reason for the penalty shows that the company sold products labeled as Moxiaoxian ×× noodles (non-fried instant noodles), which prominently displayed "0 fat noodle cake" in oversized font, but the actual fat content in the noodle cake exceeded the specified 0 limit value (≤0.5g per 100g or 100mL).
Shanghai Moxiaoxian Food Co., Ltd. was established in June 2012, with Wang Zhengqi as the legal representative and a registered capital of approximately 11.15 million RMB. It is jointly held by Wang Zhengqi, An Zhong, Yamo Food Growth Co., Ltd., and others.
