The practice of hardware pre-installation is still constrained by computing power bottlenecks. Elon once promised forward-compatible autonomous driving, but now HW3 seems to have reached its limit. Last year, Musk said FSD performed excellently on HW3, but now only HW4 can support subsequent algorithms, making it Tesla's focus. This reversal is so sudden!
