Nio announced the world's first 5nm autonomous driving chip—NX9031, which has successfully completed tape-out. The Nio NX9031 was showcased on-site, with performance exceeding expectations. It is the industry's first high-end autonomous driving chip manufactured using 5nm automotive-grade technology. Both the Nio 'NX9031' chip and its underlying software are independently designed. The NX9031 boasts over 50 billion transistors.
