The MG ZS EV has significantly reduced its price in Australia, once again becoming the cheapest new electric vehicle in the country!
MG has slashed the price of its entry-level ZS EV to $34,990, a reduction of up to $8,703, reclaiming the title of the most affordable electric vehicle. Over the past five years, the price of the cheapest new electric vehicle in Australia has dropped from over $50,000 to below $35,000 today. This move by MG not only marks the return of the electric vehicle price war but also highlights the fierce price competition initiated by emerging brands like MG, BYD, and Great Wall in the Australian market.
