According to US Stock Research Society, Tianyancha App shows that recently, Shanghai Weimob Enterprise Co., Ltd. underwent industrial and commercial changes. The original shareholders, including Shenzhen Tencent Venture Capital Development Co., Ltd., Suzhou Industrial Park 825 New Media Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership), and Suzhou Huaying Cultural Industry Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership), have exited. Meanwhile, the company's registered capital decreased from approximately 63.0335 million RMB to about 56.1872 million RMB.
The company was established in April 2013, with Liu Zhiping as the legal representative. Its business scope includes enterprise management consulting, marketing planning, web design, business information consulting, software sales, etc. It is now jointly held by Shenzhen Yizhi Investment Management Center (Limited Partnership) and Shanghai Xiaomeng Investment Management Co., Ltd.
