
BYD launched the new electric van E-Vali specifically designed for the European market at the IAA Transportation trade show in Hanover, entering the electric 3.5-ton and 4.25-ton truck segments with various advanced configurations, aiming to impact the European market.
Length and cargo volume: The short 3.5-ton model has a wheelbase of 3.9 meters and a cargo volume of 13.9 cubic meters; the long 4.25-ton model has a wheelbase of 4.55 meters and a cargo space of 17.9 cubic meters, with the same width and height, measuring 5995 x 2096 x 2780 mm and 6995 x 2096 x 2780 mm respectively.
Drive system: Single-motor rear-wheel drive with a maximum power of 150kW; dual-motor all-wheel drive adds a 100kW motor on the front axle.
Battery capacity and range: Equipped with an 80.6kWh Blade Battery, offering a WLTP range of 220-250 km.
Charging configuration: 11kW onboard AC charger, with an optional 22kW; DC fast charging at 188kW, capable of charging from 10% to 80% in 30 minutes.
Payload and speed: Payload capacity of 700-1450 kg, with a top speed of 120 km/h.
Additional features: V2L connection supporting 3kW external device charging; equipped with advanced driver assistance systems, supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and includes wireless phone charging and voice control functions.
