After the pager incident in Israel, most readers have turned against it. Judging from car sales, Chinese automakers have sold many pure electric products in Israel. In Africa, only Morocco and South Africa have demand for new cars (they simply don't buy electric vehicles). It's really hard to verify the demand for electric vehicles in the Middle East.
