Foreign capital actually just needs multiple institutions to act as counterparties to each other, wash out others, and ensure they get more chips before the A-share market opens. What we need to do is to have bullets in hand and average down when the price is low. Unfortunately, my subsequent deposit was late, and I missed the low point these two days. So envious.
