A-share bull market trademark was preemptively registered

According to US Stock Research Society, the recent stock market boom has made A-shares a hot topic online. Media reports indicate that due to market conditions, the number of new brokerage accounts has surged rapidly, with a significant increase in new investors.
Tianyancha intellectual property information shows that a Hangzhou-based tech company recently applied to register a trademark for "Big A·Bull Market" under the category of food and beverage, with the trademark status currently under substantive examination. Additionally, terms like "Big Bull Market," "Bull Market," and "Big A Bull" have been applied for as trademarks by multiple parties, covering categories such as advertising, education, entertainment, and food and beverage. The applicants include various companies and individuals. Among these, most applications for "Big Bull Market" and "Big A Bull" have been rejected, while a Shenzhen-based cultural communication company successfully registered the "Big Bull Market" trademark, and "Bull Market" has been registered by multiple parties.
Notably, in June last year, a company applied to register the trademark "Bull Market Is Coming" under the alcohol category, but the application was rejected and is now invalid.
