These days I took my girlfriend back to SYD for fun. Due to the time difference, I couldn't monitor the market and trade properly, so I cleared all my China concept stocks last Thursday and went all in on MU and TSLL, slowly floating in losses. I was originally lamenting leaving the market too early and missing the post-holiday rally, but today I saw AH drop a bombshell, blowing up the mentality of many friends in the community😂

During the holiday, despite frequent trading, my account gains stagnated, which made me feel extremely anxious. I gradually realized that the more I focus on returns, the more negative feedback the market gives, because my mindset is always influenced by fluctuating numbers, leading to emotional decisions.

The process of honing in the market is also a process of cultivating the mind. I hope everyone won't give up because of temporary failures—there's always a chance to start over.
