Chinese automakers generally saw declining sales in Germany: MG, Great Wall, BYD, XPeng, and Nio sold 707, 259, 140, 33, and 22 units respectively.
Pure electric vehicle sales grew by 8.7%, with market share rising to 16.5%. Volkswagen maintained its market leadership but saw a 7.4% decline in sales.
In terms of models, the Volkswagen Tiguan topped the sales chart for the first time, while the Volkswagen Golf fell to second place, and the Mini series rose to third.
