
In September, Norway's new car sales reached 12,966 units, a year-on-year increase of 25.4%, but sales so far in 2024 have still declined by 3.9%.
Tesla took a 32.5% market share with sales of 4,210 units, far ahead of the competition. XPeng sold 301 units in a single month, with a cumulative total of 1,232 units in 2024, showing outstanding performance.
The market share of pure electric vehicles reached 96.4%, a record high. Tesla's Model Y and Model 3 took the top two spots, while Volvo's EX30 ranked third. The new XPeng G6 rose to 13th place.
