According to Meigu Research, Tianyancha App shows that recently, Alibaba (China) Software Co., Ltd. underwent a business registration change. Chen Li stepped down as the legal representative, executive director, and general manager, and was succeeded by Wang Wei as the legal representative, who also took on the roles of executive director and manager.
The company was established in August 2004 with a registered capital of approximately $1.1807 million. Its business scope includes software development, network equipment manufacturing, IT consulting services, software sales, project planning and PR services, and technology intermediary services. It is wholly owned by Alibaba Network China Co., Ltd.
