According to US Stock Research, it was reported that recently, some attentive netizens discovered that the "Tingquan Treasure Authentication" App has been online for some time, focusing on authentication, recycling, and trading. On the evening of October 20, after rebranding itself as "Tingquan Treasure Appreciation" and resuming broadcasts, the app was embroiled in another controversy. It faced criticism for "forgetting its original purpose" after connecting with a cosplay female streamer and quickly went offline, leading fans to question its attitude.
Tianyancha intellectual property information shows that Hangzhou Liangjiang Media Co., Ltd. released the "Tingquan Treasure Authentication" and "Tingquan Treasure Hunting" software and artworks in March this year, with software and copyright registrations completed in May, July, and September, respectively. The company was established in March this year, with Lu Haitao as its legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million RMB. Its business scope includes commercial performances, performance brokerage, intangible cultural heritage protection, art agency, retail of arts and crafts, and collectibles. Lu Haitao and Ding Xiangxu hold 51% and 49% of the shares, respectively.
