
Snail Games announced that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement.

Snail, Inc. $Snail(SNAL.US) (hereinafter referred to as "Snail Games" or "the Company") is a leading global independent developer and publisher focused on interactive digital entertainment. Today, the company announced that it has received a written notice from the Listing Qualifications Department ("Staff") of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq"), informing the company that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). According to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), the company was required to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 or more per share for at least ten consecutive trading days to regain compliance.
On October 18, 2024, Nasdaq notified the company that from October 4, 2024, to October 17, 2024, the closing bid price of the company's Class A ordinary shares had been at or above $1.00 per share for ten consecutive trading days. Nasdaq Staff hereby informed the company that it has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), and this matter is now closed.
