BYD sold 375,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 60.5%, with cumulative sales of 2.354 million units, up 39.9%.

Tesla sold 71,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 66.5%, with cumulative sales of 460,000 units, up 6.2%.

In terms of pure electric vehicles, both BYD and Tesla have seen a slowdown in growth.

Tesla's Model 3 and Model Y sold 23,700 and 47,300 units respectively, while BYD's Seagull and Yuan PLUS models performed strongly.
