Woke up to find the Nasdaq hitting another record high
UPST once again rallied then pulled back to close, disappointing. After hitting a new high on 10/15 then retreating, it's been oscillating around the 5-day moving average for 5 days. Meanwhile, SOFI in the same sector hit new highs, making me wonder if UPST is still the sector leader - SOFI looks stronger now with more leadership potential. (UPST's market cap is half of SOFI's, being a smaller stock its high volatility makes it less stable. The 5-day MA is clearly under pressure now, but it's not over yet)
UAL shows strong trending momentum without any red days. Though no new high today, the daily fluctuations are small with shrinking volume at highs - typical institutional position-locking playing the waiting game. Very stable. (Mid-cap stock with steady high volatility)
My heavy positions closed down today. So painful.
Before bed UPST was still up 2% and I thought it was stable [bitter][bitter][bitter][bitter]
