According to US Stock Research News, judicial case information from Tianyancha shows that recently, MediaTek Inc., MediaTek Software Design (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Yigao Digital Technology Market Tengchuang Computer Store have added two new court hearing announcements. The plaintiffs in both cases are Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., with the cause of action being disputes over patent infringement. The two cases will be heard on October 28 at the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court of Zhejiang Province.

Previously, MediaTek Inc. had sued Huawei Device Co., Ltd. for patent infringement disputes. According to media reports, in July this year, Huawei had already filed a patent infringement lawsuit against MediaTek in a local court. MediaTek responded that the case has little impact on the company and, as it has entered judicial proceedings, they will not comment further.
