Recently, there have been constant news about layoffs in the automotive industry!

Jaguar Land Rover's Integrated Marketing and Sales Service (IMSS) is undergoing massive layoffs, with the reduction ratio potentially exceeding 50%. Almost no senior managers or above in the marketing department were spared, and those who remained were forced to accept demotions. On October 22, some employees had already left, with the company offering an "N+3" compensation package and even setting up a fast-track resignation process. The basic procedure involves sending a meeting invitation after work one day, followed by employees entering the company the next day to sign the agreement, quickly complete asset handover procedures, and leave the same day. Whether they sign or not, once employees step into the negotiation room, they will find their email and access cards deactivated upon leaving.
