According to Meigu Research Society, Tianyancha App shows that recently, Jiangsu Wuxi Runshi New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Fan Yizhen as the legal representative and a registered capital of approximately 5.256 million RMB. The business scope includes power generation, transmission, supply (distribution) of electricity, construction engineering, and R&D of emerging energy technologies. Shareholder information indicates that the company is wholly owned by Times Green Energy Co., Ltd., which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CATL (300750).
